    Cloud based phone system is a relatively new term meaning phone service that is delivered through the Internet. In this terminology, the “cloud” is the internet. A synonymous term would be Internet Based Phone System. “Cloud-based” means that the core technology infrastructure and global network providing the business phone and fax system functionality is located in our multiple secure data centers and delivered to your business over the web. This eliminates the need for capital investment and the hassle of installing and managing complex hardware in your office.

  • Is there a free trial for EZphone.Systems?

    We are no longer offering a free trial period, however we provide you with a money back guarantee in the even that you will encounter issues, which we are unable to solve in the reasonable amount of time.

  • What are my payment options?

    All types of credit cards and PayPal. Wire Transfer and Western Union services are also accepted (minimum payment may apply)

  • Is number porting in available?

  • Purchasing your phone system
  • How do you make calls over a VoIP connection?

    The same way you would with an ordinary telephone. The only difference is that you use an IP phone that is plugged into an Ethernet connection the call is made digitally over the internet.
  • Do I Have to Renew my DIDs Every Month?

    You may purchase services for a period of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. In addition, there is an “auto-renew” option that facilitates the automatically renewal of the selected service. You will be sent an email prior to the expiry of a DID subscription period or when automatic renewals have been performed.
  • Is there a setup fee?

    No. There are no setup or activation fees.

  • Can I Change the Forwarding Destination for a DID?

    The forwarding destination for a DID may be changed by you at any time via our web services. There are no additional charges involved in making this change.
